Airtemis is an aviation-focused application designed to provide access to and exploration of information about aircraft, manufacturers, technical specifications, and other aviation-related content.

Depending on the features you use, Airtemis may process certain information necessary for the operation of the application.

This information may include:

• technical identifiers associated with the application or user account;
• information voluntarily provided by the user when using application features;
• information required for authentication and account management, where applicable;
• technical device information, such as operating system, device model, and application version;
• IP address and other technical information used for security, abuse prevention, and service operation;
• information related to user preferences and features used within the application when necessary to provide features such as favorites and personalization.

Airtemis does not intend to collect personal information beyond what is necessary to provide and protect its features.

Airtemis uses Google Firebase services as part of its technological infrastructure.

Depending on the features used, these services may include:

• Firebase Authentication;
• Cloud Firestore;
• Cloud Storage for Firebase;
• other Firebase services necessary for the operation, security, and maintenance of the application.

These services may process certain technical information and identifiers required for authentication, storage, security, and operation of the application.

Information processed by Google services is also subject to the applicable privacy policies and practices of Google and Firebase.

Information processed by Airtemis may be used to:

• provide and maintain application functionality;
• authenticate users and manage accounts, where applicable;
• store preferences and information necessary for application features;
• provide aviation-related information and content;
• improve application stability, security, and performance;
• detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse;
• diagnose and correct technical problems;
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

Airtemis does not sell users' personal data.

Information may be processed by technology service providers necessary for the operation of the application, including Google Firebase services.

We may also disclose information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid request from a competent authority.

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed by Airtemis against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or improper destruction.

Firebase services used by the application employ security mechanisms to protect data during transmission and, depending on the service used, during storage.

Despite these measures, no system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide Airtemis functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.

When information is no longer required for these purposes, it may be deleted or anonymized, as applicable.

When Airtemis provides user accounts, users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Deletion requests may be submitted through mechanisms available within the application or by contacting us at aviero.contato@gmail.com.

Following a valid deletion request, data associated with the account will be deleted, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, maintain security, prevent fraud, or for another legitimate purpose permitted by applicable law.

Airtemis is not specifically designed for the purpose of collecting personal information from children.

If we become aware that a child's personal information has been collected improperly, appropriate measures may be taken to delete such information.

Airtemis may display links to or content from external sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, or content of third-party websites and services.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services when accessing them.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Airtemis, its features, services used, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, the updated version will be made available on this page along with its corresponding revision date.

This Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, including, where applicable, the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais — LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
